Are you worried?

Is there something in your life that you don’t know how to resolve?

If all you can think about are fears and logical reasons why a particular choice won’t work, then that’s your head talking to you.

It’s focused on fear. It provides you with all the logical reasons why you shouldn’t do something, and why you should keep things as they are.

It paralyses you.

But if you can get past those fears and logical justifications, and look for that quiet certainty that leads you in the direction of happiness, that’s your heart.

That direction might take you away from something, or towards something – but it’s what you need to be doing to resolve your situation.

And you’ll move towards happiness.

Not based on fear or logic, but on what’s right for you.

Once you know the path according to your heart, you can work on letting go of the confusion, which is associated with the head.

Confusion is the struggle between the ego and the heart. Ego tries to tell you to focus on your fears. It seeks validation.

The heart says “There is no confusion. Let it go, and embrace the joy of truth.”

And so you you let go, and you have your truth
