"Get into the Know"
When you limit yourself to a tribal, regional, national or worldly way of thinking, you look to solve problems at a level where the solutions can be manipulated because evil forces has the authority to do so.
But their authority is limited to a global level and where, the liars, deceivers and manipulator's powers ends, absolute truth telling begins, and that beginning starts at the universal level where their delusional theories and philosophies are swallow up by the universal truth of "THE ONE".
Plug in to what is absolute. Everything is ran by its own design energy source. Nothing is ran by its own making...no man is his own servant. Think beyond your comfort zone, think universal!
Permalink Reply by Marion Lamar Perryman on September 18, 2012 at 5:22pm Mr. Wells. Normally i would agree with what you are saying but you are missing some very basic strands here. No. 1 you can be Tribalist/Ethnocentric and still have a worldview education with the world around you in mind.
No. 2, the "races" as we know and have been taught of them exists and are composed of tribal/ethnic groups. To respond to your assertion, and well-founded fact, that a Man/Woman are not of their own making gives more credence to a Tribal and Ethnicity centered mentality for native black Americans than it does to take us away from one.
No. 3. We have addressed the Races and Religions issues for so long in the black American community we do not know when it is time to let them go and form our own group of people. We have done a admirable job in breaking down the philosophical chains and shackles of White American Racism and its worldwide effects but we have done NO JOB AT ALL when it comes to moving on away from that as A Focal Point in our primary struggle for Human Rights, Civil Rights and Self-Determination here.!!!
No.4. The response to the Aryan/KKK racists by native black Americans has been the best of any other group of people in the world. However we picked up some of the same mentalities and habits that the Confederate Enemy had and used and that is THE RACES AND RELIGIONS issues.
We as Native Black Americans are not a "Race" of people per se.! We are also Not "Negroes, Coloureds, Afrikan-Americans, Asiatics (Asiatic Black Man/Woman), Moors, Rastafarians or Hebrew-Israelites" either. We have TOO MANY Sub-factions, groups and sects in our communities and the divisive madnesses that they cause have to be addressed now in this time !!!!!
(We are Also NOT A RELIGION, EITHER ISLAM OR CHRISTIANITY.!!!! No people can really/truly be a nation of a religions sect, creed or belief system).!!!
No. 5. The Pan-Afrikan/Pan-Asiatic mentalities in certain groups/sects took place at a time when we were trying to find ourselves and a suitable IDENTITY in the midst of our Human Rights/Black Nationalists struggles here especially from the 1920ss-1960ss.!!!
The MAIN DEFECT with the Pan-Afrikanists and Pan-Asiatic mentality is that ONLY less than 1% (1 percent of African or Asian Peoples, if that many) sees us as their OWN GROUPS OF PEOPLES.!!! Pan-Afrikanism/Pan-Asiatic is just what it is to most peoples on any of the continents besides North America. That is basically a Native Black American Mentality and BELIEF System Only.!!!
This fact has been addressed at conference after conference from Bandung to Johannesburg. No black American activists is going to change that mindset anywhere. The leaders of certain African Nations, NGO's and their representatives have told black Americans to organize but we do not get the point.!!!
Nobody is going to tell us (not them or the Other Groups in America either) that the organizing that Conscious Folks speak of is that of a Tribal/Socio-Ethnic group and society. A UNION WITH OUR OWNSELVES AND AMONG OUR OWN.!!!
Even promoting a "Universalist" view is dangerous now because you can have a individual universalist's view but no social structure or foundation to even stand upon with it. If you cannot effect your own people with it then it is impotent or sterile to say the least. You also don't want to continue to do what we have done for so long to our own hurt and disadvantage. We have gotten into this Races, Religions, Universals stuff for so long that we have FORGOTTEN ABOUT OUR OWNSELVES HERE.!!!
And putting ourselves first at that.! Below i will post a simple definition of Tribalism/Ethnicity. It is the Most Basic Form of a Government/Education/Economy amongst any Men/Women of the same group of people. It is also the ONLY WAY that you can have a GRIP on everything that effects that group of people from the very start.!!!
It goes hand in hand with Real Evolution, Progress and Stability in every area that concerns a people. This is why i say that the races and religions issues have distracted Native Black Americans away from our primary course which is to study, apply and practice Tribalism/Ethnicity along with the study of all the races, religions, sciences, industries and economics that have ever been. You can't do that when you (we) are behind everybody else.
Your (Our) First Job is to make the group of people that You Know that you are a part of into the best and most powerful group of people that we can possibly be and then handle everything else from that vantage point.!!!

I always sense that just about everything that we have done in the past to uplift the masses of the people was done as a reaction or a responds to combat the illusion of white supremacy. What I will disagree with you is the connection to what we are among and that's is the universe. The universal mindset is what connect all of us and that can't be denied. Actually, your comment is Islamic. Surah 49; Ayat13 "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you nations and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted'. The Quran acknowledge the tribal and national make up of the people but at the same time, the universe is what we all are made up of and that is the commonality that connects us all and that's is not by accident. I would like to know more about your organization.
