"Get into the Know"
HELLO
To write about genesis 1 is a hard work, if one really wants to learn all that is said about this chapter one should learn millions of books, there for i will bring only part of what i have learned and leave you the freedom to keep researching for knowledge.please forgive my English.
First chapters of genesis deal with the beginning and the developments of the world and human, the authors of the bible wanted the book to be universal and not only national but with it, those chapters are used as a special opening to knowledge about Israel nation.
Chapters 1 and 2 (till verse 3 or 4 in chapter 2) describe the creation of the world. it is very interesting to read chapter 1 cause it finish in verse 31 which is the end of "day 6", why ? because the bible distribution was made by a 13's century British priest by the name of Langdon and he ended chapter 1 in verse 31 to disconnect the SHABAT from the story of creation of the world ! this distribution is completly not logical because all chapter 1 is built around the Nomber 7 and its factors and the Shabat is the pic of creation and an integral part of it.
verses 1-5 in English
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.
verses 1-5 in Hebrew
א בְּרֵאשִׁית, בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים, אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ. ב וְהָאָרֶץ, הָיְתָה תֹהוּ וָבֹהוּ, וְחֹשֶׁךְ, עַל-פְּנֵי תְהוֹם; וְרוּחַ אֱלֹהִים, מְרַחֶפֶת עַל-פְּנֵי הַמָּיִם. ג וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים, יְהִי אוֹר; וַיְהִי-אוֹר. ד וַיַּרְא אֱלֹהִים אֶת-הָאוֹר, כִּי-טוֹב; וַיַּבְדֵּל אֱלֹהִים, בֵּין הָאוֹר וּבֵין הַחֹשֶׁךְ. ה וַיִּקְרָא אֱלֹהִים לָאוֹר יוֹם, וְלַחֹשֶׁךְ קָרָא לָיְלָה; וַיְהִי-עֶרֶב וַיְהִי-בֹקֶר, יוֹם אֶחָד. {פ}
BERESHIT=GENESIS. The word Bereshit contains 720 words that all defines the word,it root letters is the word "ROSH"= HEAD and targets the brain,the mind, the wisdom, the tora gives us a complete system of the creation , complete plan that came from god's brain,god's wisdom, his methode and actions when creating the worlds,there for it is spiritual but also can be understood by cience and by our brain.
The word "bereshit" that opens chapter 1determines,sets the limits of the place that stands in the center of the creator's interest and is intended for the dvelopment and deeds (actions) of the creation.i give an example,if bereshit is a state,it teritory and struction within it are the spatial activity that are "bereshit", by that, the creator is doing a double action of defing the target ,meaning "what is the subject" by opening whole opportunities of deeds with investing powers of researching and actions to acheive the target and with it he tie what becomes to the array itself.
Does the world created "exist from exist" or by "exist from non exist" ? i mean, did god created the world from materials that already existed or did he create it from nothing ?
if it created from materials that were already exist then we can think that someone els created those materials even before god, right ? well, when reading the first 5 verses we get the knowledge that the world was created from materials that were already exist, meaning : from "exist to exist". by jewish tradition the world was created by speak, meaning : god speak and all is done, there is no really a description of how things were done.
Chapter 1 in genesis is the begining of the "en-sof" line, the spread of the infinity line, the chapter teach us that we have the posibility to have a contact and to recognize the Hyiolic material. the god as a symbol of the caltural system come with connection with the hyiolic material by forcing his laws of calture, this is how god promis the existing wholness and prevent accidents of the connecting to the unknown.
By the holy ZOHAR (the kaballa) the creation of the world started only when god wanted it, meaning: from god's will, god's desire to build worlds. in the begining, god's light filled all reality but when he wanted to creat the worlds he had to reduce the amount of his light inorder to let the world live cause the world is opposit to him, this means that god had to push his light back. gods light is a direct light, by creating the world, the world returns light towardes god's light, when they meat, its like a bit, like when we clap our hands,and when the return of the light is made good,it connects to the direct light and the circle is "good" (now you can understand why moses was punished when he hit the rock twice and not one as been told, he made the light turn off and the world can not exist without god's light).so what did god do ? he opend a window of opportunities, we get light from "windows" (please see the definitions of the word "tzaharaim"in Jeremaia 6:4 and 6:8 and chapter 20 (at 12 in the day when the sun is in the midle of the glob)
The story of the creation is devided into 7 parts,each part has a fixed text and show us that the creation is not a coinsidence but well planed, at the begining: the still and solid elements, then the growing and then the living which the creation of adam is the pic of it, each devistion from the structure is very significent and has a caltural target, the main idea is THE ORDER", GOD orgenize the unorgenize into hermonic ONE frame.
thanks
